Phone Banking

Our Electronic Branch Office is wherever you are 24 hours a day! Banking by phone is banking from home, your office, or your car. You'll be able to take care of many banking transactions anywhere a touch-tone telephone is available. Simply call 1-800-815-9120.

Just Look at All You Can Do:

  • Check the up-to-date balances of your checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and loan accounts.
  • Check to see if a check has cleared; check on your ATM/MoneyPass® withdrawals and deposits; and find out the amount of a check that you wrote, even if you forgot to record it!
  • Transfer money between any of your Alliance Bank deposit accounts.†
  • Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) as often as you like.

† Preregistration is required to activate the service. Transfers made on weekends, holidays, and after 8:00 P.M. (CST) on weekdays will be posted to your account on the business day following the transaction.
