 PAUL KRAMP JOINS ALLIANCE BANK AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
St. Paul, MN & Eau Claire, WI – (Market Wire) – April 16, 2007 - Alliance Bank, a privately owned community bank with over $550 million in assets, announced today that Paul Kramp has been hired as a senior vice president/commercial banking for the Lake City location.

Paul comes to Alliance Bank with over 30 years of commercial and agricultural lending experience, including more than ten years of senior level experience. Paul brings strong business development and relationship-building experience. Most recently, Paul was a senior vice president at Associated Bank. Prior to that, he worked at The National Cooperative Bank and Farm Credit Services. Paul received a BS degree from South Dakota State University, and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

As an active member of the community, Paul serves as a member of the Red Wing School Board, a board member of ProAct, a not-for-profit organization serving people with disabilities, and serves on the loan review advisory committee for the Community Reinvestment Fund. Paul resides in Red Wing.
