E-Statements

No more waiting for the mail or filing your statements. With electronic statements (E-Statements), you can alleviate the clutter and view and store your statements online. E-Statements look identical to paper statements - yet they allow you to receive your statement sooner for faster reconciliation.

Any client that uses Business Internet Banking can receive E-Statements.

Please note: When you sign up for E-Statements, your check images will not be returned to you. You can view or print cancelled check images through Business Internet Banking.

If you change your mind and want to receive a paper statement again, you can switch back at any time.



Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign up for E-Statements?
Simply sign into Business Internet Banking and click on the menu item “Statements”, on the left hand navigational bar. The E-Statement agreement will appear. Click on the “I Agree” button. Once this is completed, select which accounts you’d like to have switched to electronic statements. It’s that easy.

What is the standard format for E-Statements?
The standard format for E-Statements is HTML. Statements can be saved in a PDF file. (Adobe Reader is required to save it in a PDF file). If you do not have Adobe Reader, you may click on the “Get Adobe Reader” button available within the “Statements” icon.

Can I see a copy of my check through E-Statements?
Yes. Simply click on the check number on the statement and a copy of the check will be produced.

Will E-Statements look any different from my mailed statements?
No. The E-Statement will be in the exact same format as the previously mailed statements.

Can I print/save my E-Statements?
Yes. Once you bring up a statement, you will see a “Print/Save” button. Click on this button and a script will appear identifying the number of pages of the statement. You can modify this page if you want to Print/Save something other than the full document. If you would like to Print/Save the full document, click “OK”. The statement will now appear. You may either click the “Save a Copy” button or the “Printer” picture for a printed copy of the statement.

How long will the E-Statement be available through Access Online?
Access Online will retain a rolling 13-months of statement history. The 13-months of history begins building after you consent to E-Statements.

If I no longer wish to receive an E-Statement, what do I need to do?
Through Business Internet Banking, you would go to “Statement Preferences” and uncheck the “Receive Online” box next to the account number that you want to de-activate.
