Business Internet Banking. With a touch of a button, you can view account information and
initiate transactions right from your desk. Our vast array of services will allow you to stay in
control of your finances with real-time access to your accounts.
Account Reporting
View balance, transaction detail, and check images. Reporting includes
an at–a–glance balance report of all accounts and search query capabilities for specific
transactions. Account names can be customized, and information can be downloaded in multiple
formats including CSV, BAI2, and QuickBooks.
Balance Transfers
Transfer funds from one account to another or from one account to
multiple accounts. Save transfer profiles for ease with repetitive transfers.
Loan Processing and Reporting
Initiate payments and loan advances online. Also access current information
on loans and lines of credit, including balance, amount due, payoff and interest rate.
Stop Payments
Real-time stop payments are available for either single items or a range of
checks. Stop payment requests are valid for six months.
Online Bill Payment
Pay your bills electronically with Alliance Bank’s bill pay service. Payments
can be scheduled to anyone in the United States for up to a year in advance.
E-Statements
No more waiting for the mail or filing your statements. With electronic statements (E-Statements), you can alleviate the clutter and view and store your statements online. E-Statements look identical to paper statements - yet they allow you to receive your statement sooner for faster reconciliation. More Info...
Wire Transfers
Using wire transfers, funds may be moved electronically by initiating
domestic or international wires. Templates are easily created for repetitive wires. Wires are
particularly useful in transferring high dollar amounts.
ACH Payments
Designed as an effective alternative to paper-based payments, you provide
disbursement information electronically to Alliance. Items are then automatically processed and
payees’ accounts are funded by a single debit to your account. This is simple way to reduce check
fraud — and eliminate the time it takes to print, write and mail checks. Types of payments may
include processing payroll, vendor payments, and Health Savings Account contributions. Information can
be sent via file upload or a template, which ever is most convenient.
ACH Collections
ACH collection is ideal for recurring payments such as insurance premiums,
utility payments, membership fees, and donations. Your customer simply authorizes a debit from their
account and funds are electronically transferred to your account at Alliance. ACH collections help
to reduce delinquent payments, eliminate bill preparation and postage expense, and improve cash flow.
Positive Pay
Positive Pay is the most effective method to protect against check fraud.
Alliance Bank automatically compares the list of checks issued, with checks presented for payment.
If there are discrepancies, all unmatched checks are reviewed and approved or rejected by you – before the check is paid – to ensure proper authorization.
EDI Reporting
Alliance Bank’s Electronic Data Exchange (EDI) Reporting allows you to interpret invoice or addenda with your incoming ACH payment from your corporate trading partners. This downloadable report provides you with invoice numbers and payment amounts for improved record keeping. EDI Reporting lets you post incoming payments faster for expedited reconciliation. An alert can be established to automatically notify you when a report is available for download.
Multi-Bank Reporting
There’s no need to sign on to multiple information reporting systems to verify your cash position. With Alliance Bank’s Multi-Bank Reporting, you can view your account information from Alliance Bank — along with accounts from other banks — in one consolidated format. Account information, including daily account activity and balances, is reported.
